You are invited as a VIP to a M3 leadership brainstorming session. We really value your opinion and need your help to take M3 to the next level.

When: Thursday, December 11th @ 6:30pm

Where:  Conference Room at the Village Center (Little building attached to the Commons) above Cuppa Joe

We realize it is short notice, but I think we all understand how busy the holidays can be. We do hope that you can share your Thursday evening with us. This is a very critical meeting that will impact M3 and define its goals and objectives. If you think you have some ideas on where you’d like to see M3 go OR if you want to assist us/volunteer an hour a week/month/whatever, come visit us at this meeting! Bring your friends too! We will have snacks! 🙂

What are we meeting for?

We are going to meet to discuss the items that can lead M3 to the next level as a serious film organization. We have some great ideas to share with you about possible job opportunities. But we’d also like to hear what you have to say. We need you to share your strongest points and/or ideas. We can’t do it alone.

How can we do it?

Defining these areas will launch M3:

• Awareness (How do people find out about us?)
• Teamwork/Collaboration
• Community Involvement (What can we do for the Community?)
• Financial Planning

How much time is this going to take out of my schedule?

None if you don’t want to, but we can use as much time as you can share. Whether it is an 30 minutes bi-weekly, an hour a week, or an hour a month. Every second can help with the teams we plan on putting together to handle certain items. You make your own schedule. 

How are we going to keep up with this?

With all these positions we will set in place, we will have team leaders (or peers) who will assist you in your goal for the responsibilities you may claim. If you are too busy one week to complete a small task (i.e., Making the weekly Facebook post on M3, Post a new image on the website, or working on the forum site), get in touch with your Peer or Team leader and they can pick up the slack. Come to the meeting with ideas for jobs that you might enjoy taking on.

What are these “Teams” you speak of and what will they be doing?

Come to the meeting and you will find out. 😉 From Marketing to IT, we have some great ideas we need your help with completion.

Oh man, the meeting is only a few days away. I have great ideas, but I can’t make it to the meeting. How can I still participate?
