Hello, I plan to be in the area around this time. Would like to learn of what your group is all about. Moved from Elk Rapids area and have been in the filming industry again. Will be holding ribbon cutting ceremony down here for Strait Films LLC, Timothy Strait. Have been professionally mentoring him and acting as his assistant. I have a creative dream team of my own here and we have been involved in script-writing, etc. I personally would like to attend this meeting, for my own good reasons.

Tom!
You’re welcome to do so, you need to register with your real name (see link at bottom of right column) so we can give you authority to create a post which feeds facebook, twitter and our mailing list. You can include all your information as an introduction to the community. You can also post on the Meet Your Makers page if you show up regularly at meetings. I also encourage you to start a LinkedIn account and then join the Michigan Movie Makers group there, which with luck will be linked to the M3 site in April and become our defacto talent database.
I have been promoted (laid off) after 20+ years
supporting Defense Engineering Land Systems lol I have opportunity to finally pursue my acting/directing/movie industry dream job. My skills I acquired would be of value for any technical or support as well. Where do I apply !!!! Any information offered is welcome.
Am I still on the list?
Yes you are Jimsy. Are you not getting email blasts? We’ve been doing a lot of internal organization but you should have gotten notice of the meeting last week. Keep your eyes open for the Micro Movie Marathon announcement in the next couple of days.
This video was called “Behind The Lens” and the producers are Brandon Rusniak and Josiah Cui. The video is a mere image of the famous Painting Las Meninas. We made the video feel like we were part of the mirror reflection located in the background of the painting.
This is a short video about a Macro project for a design class at NMC. Produced by Brandon Rusniak
This Video is called, “Tales This Room Can Tell”. The Producers are Brandon Rusniak and Josiah Cui. A rather “fun” and “entertaining” Video about a guy remembering previous classes where something went wrong with technology or people in the classrooms.
I am young aspiring film maker that is looking for Resources and oppourtunity! ! Huge need to network and partner up
