Alas, the last day

This is the last day to enter the Winter 2015 Micro Movie Marathon. Links to 3 minute or shorter movies can be sent until 11:59 PM tonight. Follow the entry guidelines.

Please help us fill the State Theatre!  Invite your friends to the Facebook event or whatever flavor of social media you favor. Go all 20th century and call your favorite people on the phone or just grab them by the scruff at the coffee shop and march them on over. We’re putting the finishing touches on our Rube Goldberg style audience voting infrastructure, the Enhanced Australian Marble Ballot and we want to share the spectacle, whether it flies or face plants.

Shri Fugi Spilt aka Dan Kelly (the artist) will host, and whether you love him or hate him, he’s kinda pretty to look at and mostly harmless.

The show is free and open to the public! Be in your seats in the State Theatre this Wednesday February 18 at 6:30 PM promptly. Remember, there are no previews, the show starts as soon as folks are settled. We’ve got a lot of crazy regional magic to soak up.

Parents should exercise caution when bringing kids under 16 to M33M, as the movies are unrated by the MPAA and can include irreverent humor, romantic situations, spooky scariness and other content that may be unsuitable for young children.

See you there, if you dare!
